How to add Days or Months or Years in Date in Excel [QSS]

In routine job at excel, it is very common type of requirement to add days or months or even years to particular date to get future due date or past date. Manual calculation for 1 or 2 date can be okay but for big data, you have to take help of formulas.

In continue series of QSS, in this post we will see how to add Days or Month or Years to date. So lets jump on it.

As you can see in below image, where we need to add 45 days or 5 months or 3 years to 31st Jan 2021. How to do it? Scroll down to 2nd Image

In below image, we have solution for that. As you can see, you can add Days by simply adding days to date, to add Month, you can use Edate formula and for Year you can use Date formula.

As You can see in Year adding formula, you can use same formula to add Days and month too.

I hope you like it.
